Julia Florrie was born in Swansea, South Wales. She lives on a smallholding on the outskirts of the city with her husband of many, many years. They have four children and four grandchildren. Her novel Nicely Out of Tune charts the complex friendship of two teenage girls as they negotiate life, love and adulthood during the tumultuous nineteen seventies. This is historical romance with a twist.
